1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the sale of physical goods, digital content (PDF downloads), and services concluded through the website “Lilian’s Witchy World”, including energetic services such as remote sound healing sessions conducted via Zoom.
2. Service Provider
The service provider within the meaning of Section 5 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) is the person named in the legal notice on this website.
The service provider operates as a small business under Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG). No VAT is charged or shown separately.
3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products and services does not constitute a legally binding offer. By completing the ordering process or booking an appointment, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order or receipt of payment.
For sound healing via Zoom: Booking a sound healing session through the website or a payment platform (e.g. Stripe) creates a binding contract for the agreed service. The appointment is firmly reserved once payment has been received.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are final prices under the small business VAT scheme (Section 19 of the German VAT Act). Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop. (Payments are processed through Stripe.com. The payment methods provided by Stripe are available for this purpose. Payment is due immediately and is binding.)
For sound healing via Zoom: Payment must be made in advance through Stripe. The appointment is firmly reserved once payment has been received.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Physical products are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer. Delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks.
If delivery takes longer due to circumstances such as delays caused by the shipping provider, public holidays, or unforeseen events, we will inform the customer promptly.
Shipping costs are already included in the product price. The risk associated with shipping passes to the customer when the goods are handed over to the shipping company.
Digital content (e.g. PDF downloads) is made available for download immediately after payment has been received.
6. Digital Content (PDF Downloads)
Digital content is made available for download after payment has been received. Once the download has been completed, no refund can be claimed.
Please note: No liability is accepted for technical problems.
7. Right of Withdrawal / Returns Policy
Physical products are subject to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period begins when the goods are received. To exercise this right, the customer must clearly declare their withdrawal (e.g. by email or letter) and return the goods.
The customer bears the cost of returning the goods unless the delivered goods do not match the order or are defective.
Goods should be returned unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. There is no right of withdrawal for personalised or custom-made products.
Digital content (e.g. PDF downloads) is excluded from the right of withdrawal once the download has begun, provided the customer has expressly consented to this.
For sound healing via Zoom: Services provided at an agreed appointment time are not subject to a right of withdrawal once the appointment has been scheduled. In the event of a cancellation at short notice, a replacement appointment may be offered by mutual agreement.
8. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the service provider until payment has been made in full.
9. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
10. Liability
The service provider is liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence.
For sound healing via Zoom: Sound healing is an energetic practice intended to support well-being. It does not replace medical, therapeutic, or alternative practitioner treatment. No promises of healing, success, or miraculous results are made.
11. Content and Use at Your Own Risk
All content is provided for general information purposes only and does not constitute medical or therapeutic advice.
For sound healing via Zoom: Participation is at the customer's own responsibility. Customers should be in suitable health to participate in the session.
12. Copyright
All content on this website is protected by copyright. Use is permitted only with written authorisation.
13. Newsletter and Data Protection
By subscribing to the newsletter, you consent to the processing of your data. The separate Privacy Policy applies.
The newsletter will only be sent if you have given your explicit consent by ticking the relevant box during checkout or through the newsletter subscription form (active opt-in).
For sound healing via Zoom: If desired, photos of the relevant areas of the body may be sent by email. These data are used exclusively to prepare for the session and are not shared with third parties. The Privacy Policy applies.
14. Participation in Courses and Events
14.1 Registration and Contract
Registration is binding and subject to payment.
14.2 Prices and Payment
Payment must be made in advance.
14.3 Contract Terms and Automatic Renewal
Monthly subscriptions for courses, workshops, or other recurring services have a minimum term of one month. Unless the contract is cancelled in due time, at least two weeks before the end of the respective month, it will automatically renew for another month. Cancellations must be submitted in writing (e.g. by email).
14.4 Trial Sessions

14.5 Course Cancellations

15. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
The service provider reserves the right to make changes. The version currently published shall apply.
16. Final Provisions
German law applies. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
17. Small Business VAT Notice on Invoices
As a small business within the meaning of Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), I do not show VAT separately on my invoices.
The prices stated are therefore final prices with no VAT charged. No VAT is levied.
18. Product Liability for Own Products
For all physical products I offer, such as ointments, soaps, creams, jewellery, or similar items, as well as digital products, such as recipes for the aforementioned items that are also available on my website and for purchase as PDF files,
I accept no liability for allergic reactions, intolerances, or adverse health effects.
Use is at the customer's own responsibility. Before use, please check whether you have any individual intolerances or sensitivities. If in doubt, you are advised to consult a qualified medical professional.
